Do you trust your bank? Well, some of us are asking the same thing. I, for one, do not. My husband and I have been having problems at the bank that my husband and I have been banking at. They have not put our deposits into our account when they are supposed to, and then they will send me out a notice for insufficient funds. When I call them to ask about the problem, they will say that it was their problem and that it was taken care of, but this same thing happened twice. Now I received another one that supposed to have happened on a Friday, when I made a deposit on the same day. They didn't say anything to me when I made my deposit about this overdraft, so I didn't know that I was short 60 dollars on my deposit. The letter I received on Tuesday, which was 5 days later, was not what I found out about when I called my bank. They told me that I had over drafted again.
The middle class and the poor people of this country don't like these things to happen, and I'm so surprised that this bank is still in business. This is why a lot of people don't use banks. We don't trust them. This is why a lot of us don't vote because we have been told so many lies by so many of these leaders that we just don't or can't believe in them anymore. This was the main reason I never voted until I was in my 30's, and I still don't trust them to do what they say that they are going to do.
My husband and I feel like we have been beat on for so many years that now we just think that it has not gotten any worse, but still feel hopeless. We hope that one day we will be able to make ends meet without someone coming up to us and telling us that we have lost.
